Hier mal so ein paar Dauerbrenner aus unserer Playgroup ordentlich geruled von LSJ. Da har der Nusser sogar selber rausgefunden, dass er nicht Recht hatte, wie schön.

No, he can.
The DI cancels the card play. The action never occurs.
The restriction against taking another political action doesn't begin until the
first political action reaches resolution.

No, he can.

Dürfte eigentlich nicht, denn Change of Target canceled die Aktion, d.h. die Aktion wurde geblockt, dann aber abgebrochen, bevor es zum Kampf kommt. Damit fällt das unter die NRA-Regel.
Bei der Mask ist das anders. Da hat der Vampire, der die Mask spielt die Ation gemacht, nicht der, der sie angefangen hat. Daher darf der letztere Vampir jede Aktion machen, die er mag.

Ist ja auch logisch:
Bei der change of target, sagt Vampir A "ups vertan ich wollte woanders hin" und bei der Mask sagt Vampir B "guckuck, ich wars und nicht der A"
ich hoffe das war Bildlich genug, ansonsten nötige ich euch mit sauschlechten Strichmännchen Comics

Der Punkt bei der Mask ist einfach, dass die NRA regeln auf "resolved actions" zählt. Die Aktion kann aber nur mit einem Vampir resolven und nicht mit zwei. Deswegen funktioniert das.
Vom logischen Standpunkt her ist es onehin klar, aber das zählt ja nicht immer.

also ich hab da einen minion(A), der wird geblockt ich spiel die motf auf einen anderen minion(B) der aber von diesem minion(C)(und es ist kein anderer mehr da) nicht geblockt werden kann (for example Signet of King Saul), also müsste ergo die aktion erfolgreich sein und der andere minion(A) kann jetzt wieder, normal jede aktion dürchführen solange er die NRA einhält. stimmts oder hab ich recht?

Was meinst du denn mit "solange er die NRA einhält"?
Wenn die Frage hinter diesem Beispiel war, ob A für die Aktion, die er zunächst versucht hatte von der NRA betroffen wird, dann heisst die Antwort: Er wird nicht von der NRA betroffen, und kann dieselbe Aktion nocheinmal durchführen!
Zu deiner zweiten enthaltenen Frage, ob ein Block scheitert, wenn der Träger des Signet eine Aktion mit Mask of 1k Faces übernimmt habe ich kein explizites ruling gefunden. Anhand des Kartentextes des Signet "cannot be blocked" gehe ich aber vom scheitern des Blocks aus.

also, NRA technisch ist der minion der die MOTF gespielt hat (acting minion beim "resolven" der aktion) der "leidtragende". D.h der andere untapped vampir kann die selbe aktion nochmal machen.
bin auch der meinung, dass der block failed, obwohl ich jetzt auch keine genauere begründung hab

ich wollt nur für alle fälle schon mal vorgreifen das der minion keine action gemacht hat die er vielleicht vorher schon getätigt hat, mehr nicht, aber so weit so gut, dann wartet mal auf nussers turnier auf einer meiner tollen neuen deck creations, nein diesmal ohne business pressure

"during x do y" -> genau 1 mal pro runde erlaubt.
nur falls du ein deck gebaut hast was darauf beruht 4 vampire pro runde mit der chantry aus dem torpor zu holen.
