INTRODUCING: THE MINISTRY

In the Vampire: The Masquerade Fifth Edition lore, the Followers of Set have rebranded themselves as The Ministry, and Vampire: The Eternal Struggle abides. A preconstructed deck is at the heavlily-strained print shop and will appear, together with decks for Brujah, Gangrel and Banu Haqim (previously known as the Assamites) sometime in October-November.

We have to wait a bit with the deck list, but the tuckbox text tells us the following: "This deck delivers a steady stream of mischief on your enemy, with tactics both direct and indirect. Your vampires do anything to elude defenders – sneaking, hypnotizing, even shape-changing! Your defense is limited, but you have some Anarch tricks up your sleeve." So this will be a bleed deck, but Anarchness and the new clan discipline Protean (replacing Serpentis) helps it stay alive ... or should one say undead?

Below you see the new Spying Mission (always bleed responsible!), a new Baron with art by VTES veteran Ken Meyer Jr, and a new action that will be important in the deck, art by new VTES artist Kim Aldau.

Previews for the next four preconstructed decks (Banu Haqim, Brujah, Gangrel and The Ministry) have begun (see above), but moving on slow, since the release date is sometime in late October/early November.

Fifth Edition: Gangrel

Clan Gangrel are outsiders, roaming wilderness and suburbs, straying from politics and intrigue. They keep in tune with nature and with their Inner Beast, and they value their freedom and are prepared to fight for it. The clan has now joined the Anarch Movement – they will not be pushed around, and their claws run deep.

This deck takes a defensive stance, planning for the late game while occasionally hitting opponents with precise attacks where it hurts the most. Your strengths are animal companions, Anarch tactics and the Protean shape-changing powers of your minions, which help to pass blockers, intercept enemies and excel in combat.

This is a deck with 77 library cards and 12 crypt cards, ready for play out of the box or customizable with other Vampire: The Eternal Struggle cards. Each player needs a deck to play.

INTRODUCING: GANGREL ANARCHS

Release date for the next four preconstructed decks is approaching, and soon cards and deck lists will be revealed. One of the decks is of clan Gangrel, and this time it is an all-Anarch deck. As you might know, in the game setting of Vampire: The Masquerade Fifth Edition roleplaying game, a majority of the Gangrel clan has joined the Anarch Movement, and that is the lore that Black Chantry follow for the Vampire: The Eternal Struggle Fifth Edition product line. From the tuckbox:

Falls sich jemand die Fragen stellen sollte:
"HL: Retribution" ist tatsächlich nicht unique, und wenn man mehrere davon ausliegen hat, kann man pro Bleed-Aktion eines Assamiten/Banu Haqim auch entsprechend mehrere Combat Cards abwerfen.
