Hmmm, das Artwork finde ich ziemlich cool, aber ansonsten ist der Bursche im Vergleich zum normalen War Ghoul eher schwach ...

Jein, ihm fehlt halt der prevent 1 each round, dafür musst du kostbares Blut deiner Vampire opfern um ihn wieder aufzufüllen ... also ich weiß nicht

Er ist nicht stärker, evtl. ein Hauch schwächer, aber er ist eine weitere Möglichkeit des Deckbaus und passt in mein Voshd Anarchy-Deck sehr gut rein.
Er kann Army of Rats spielen, Guard Dogs, Rats Warning, Cats Guidance, Underbridge Stray, Terror Frenzy, ich find es witzig.

Newsletter time again, and as has become tradition, we start with an art and card preview. Righteous Blade is a new library card in the upcoming New Blood Salubri pack, planned for a late February release. The Salubri preconstructed deck has a more bleedy approach, but these new additions lean more into the clan being out to hunt down "fiendish" Kindred (their definition, of course!), and to do so wielding melee weapons, particularly swords, just like holy warriors of old. The fantastic art is by Pablo D. Hidalgo.

• The preview season for New Blood Ravnos, Salubri and Tzimisce is ongoing, as you can see on the top of this newsletter. Spoilers have been distributed, or will be, to a number of sources that have expressed interest in helping spread the word, and everything will of course be collected at the respective product pages at Blackchantry.com.

Release date for New Blood set!

Who is this white-bearded man visiting in the middle of the night? Is it Santa Claus coming with gifts to Vampire: The Eternal Struggle players that have been nice?! NO, it´s a dangerous Salubri vampire out to kick ass! Paolo Puggioni made this fantastic new artwork for the card Sight Beyond Sight, re-published in the upcoming New Blood Salubri pack.

Note: This card re-introduces the burn option rule to the game, and introduces it to the V5 tournament format. The rule is: Some cards have a burn option icon. This icon means that a Methuselah who does not control a minion who meets the requirements of this card or who is a legal target for it, may discard it during ANY Methuselah’s unlock phase and replace it. Each Methuselah is limited to one such discard each unlock phase.

The official release date of New Blood Ravnos, Salubri and Tzimisce are February 28, 2026. This is also the official legality date for using new cards from these packs in VEKN sanctioned tournaments.
